The apartment I stayed in had windows on two sides, providing great natural light and a lovely view.

We spent three nights here, and it was very comfortable.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The location of this apartment is fantastic, with a short walk to the town center and train station. It is situated on a quiet road, making it a peaceful place to stay. The bedrooms are spacious and the en suite bathrooms are clean and well-appointed. The lounge area is decorated in a minimalistic style, creating a bright and airy atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped and even has enough space for a dining table. there is a small play area in the nearby park, perfect for families.

There was a slight issue with the smell from the fridge, breadbox, and drain holes in the bathroom and kitchen. It seems that these were not properly addressed and resolved by the cleaners.

We had a comfortable stay in Basingstoke so close to the park, and hill. Truly enjoyed that there were a work desk, a coffee/tea maker, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. It had a private bathroom. Could see garden from the window...

For the price we paid, Westlands House provided exceptional value. The apartment was beautifully decorated, clean, and spacious, making us feel right at home. Its convenient location in the city centre made it easy to explore the town and access the train station.

Menu for breakfast could benefit from more variety.

Loved the spacious apartments with homely furnishings, fully equipped kitchen, and thoughtful welcome pack. Safety features were impressive. Festival Place had so many shops and restaurants, I couldn't decide where to spend my money.

Couldn't find the soap holder in the shower, but hey, who needs clean hands anyway?

These apartments are so spacious and comfortable, it's like a home away from home! The fully equipped kitchen was a big plus for me, making it super convenient to cook and have a meal whenever I wanted.

Honestly, I couldn't find much to fault here. But if I had to pick one thing, it would be that the bathtub/shower combo wasn't my favorite.

I absolutely loved the decoration of the hotel. It had a minimalistic style that was so clean and tidy. The general areas were spacious and well-maintained, making it easy for me to navigate as a senior. The accessibility for senior people was commendable, with no stairs to climb and everything easily within reach. It made my stay comfortable and enjoyable.

I would have appreciated a better selection of activities or entertainment for senior guests. The children working there were lovely, but it would have been nice to have more options specifically tailored for our age group.
